The hand embroidery Meisterklasse provides you with extensive knowledge of a globally popular craft and accompanies you on the way to your own idea. It’s a winding, wonderfully creative path that doesn’t necessarily lead to material wealth, but is an enrichment for one’s own creative power. The joy of manual work, the knowledge that you are making a very important contribution to the mental health of the world – the joy that arises from this outweighs all deprivations!

The focus of our hand embroidery Meisterklasse is on deepening the knowledge from one of the classes below, combining embroidery techniques, using even more unusual materials, and implementing what you have learned. On the one hand, predetermined motifs and on the other hand, predetermined themes come into play.

Prerequisite for participation in this seminar is the successful completion of

  • Master Needle Artisan (distance learning class)
  • Master Needle Artisan (local class)
  • other participants on request

The variety of ways to dress traditional techniques in a modern guise contributes a lot to the enduring popularity of hand embroidery. The class content itself deals with perfecting traditional techniques that are the guarantee of success in the textile community. We encourage your own creativity and are happy that we also learn a lot with every participant.

Uses the class as preparation for developing your own classes, creating a design portfolio, preparing for graduate study or the practical part of the journeyman’s examination for Designing Crafts WoMan / subject embroidery.
